Chace Memory

10/10/2009 01:29

Cache memory is memory that has a very high speed, which is used as an intermediary between the RAM and CPU. This memory has higher speed than RAM, This memory is used to bridge  differences  CPUwhich has very high of speed with the RAM which has speed much lower. Using a cache, some data can be transferred to the memory and then ALU will retrieve the data from this memory. With this approach, data processing can be done faster than if the CPU takes data directly in RAM.
