A. What is waste?

Basically, living in the environment have occupied could be fresh and healthy, but most of the environment which we occupied demaged by their own, maybe not directly but by what they are doing they have destroyed, for example:

1. Using of excess fuel, the establishment of factories and using transportation vehicles require a lot of fuel those make air pollution are very disturbing health.
2. Hunting wild animals in the forest. Hunting wild animals is one of human actions that could damage the natural balance. Still many human actions that could damage the balance of nature, such as poisoning fish, beach rocks, and so on.

B. Kinds of Waste

1. Organic waste

2. Unorganic waste.

Household waste is largely organic materials, such as the kitchen, the remaining flour, vegetables, and leaves. Average of household waste will cause no pollution,but for the water its can be give effect to the healthy water because its wastes containing various chemicals. such as: detergents, soaps, pigments, acids, bases, etc..

Therefore, many people are complaining due to household waste. And they do not realize that the emergence of this waste caused by their own. Household waste devastating for aquatic / rivers surrounding our homes. Because of this waste, water pollution sometimes occurs in the rivers around our house.

perhaps here we are using clean and most of us don't see the water remain us will flow to the river still using by peoples who live sorounding that river, they are basically depend to the water in the river and ofcourse with this situation will cause health problems for them. Therefore, we must be able to maintain and utilize the existing water, such as distancing and prevent the existence of this waste.

Unorganic waste is the waste which are can be reproduce suck as a can, battery.

C. The effects of Waste to inveronment and Human life

Inapprropriate process and located to the waste will attracting any animals such as flies, a cats and dogs contagious diseases with this situation can give effect to human health such as:

• Disease diarrhea, typhoid, dengue fever and even for viruses that come from in apprpriate handling waste which is mixing to the water and then we drink.

D. The way to Reduction of Waste

• Prohibit disposal of waste household to the ditch, rivers, lakes and sea, and waste must be disposed in places that have been determined
• Each oil companies are required to have equipment that can block the pile of oil and then pull it back, so the pile of oil will not spread widely and reduce pullution to the environment.
